Terminology Used in Zaqelivorux

This guide explains the terms and concepts that appear in the Zaqelivorux interface and documentation. It is intended to help users understand what each label refers to and how the system uses particular vocabulary.

Key Terms

  • Information record A discrete unit of information that the system has received through one of its intake channels. A record may correspond to a document, a data entry, or another defined unit depending on the context of the user's access arrangement.
  • Category A grouping that the system assigns to information records based on defined classification criteria. Categories are displayed in the interface as labelled sections. Records are placed into categories according to their attributes, not by user action.
  • Classification The process by which the system assigns incoming records to categories. Classification is applied automatically as records enter the system. Users see the output of classification rather than performing classification themselves.
  • Arrangement The ordering and positioning of classified records within the display. Arrangement determines how records appear relative to one another within a category, using criteria such as date, type, or relevance depending on the system's configuration.
  • Review environment The user-facing interface where classified and arranged information is displayed. The review environment is designed for inspection rather than data entry, presenting information in a format suited to reading and comparison.
  • Intake channel A configured pathway through which information enters the Zaqelivorux system. The specific intake channels active for a user are determined by their access arrangement. Users do not typically interact directly with intake channels.
  • Scope The boundaries of what a user can see and review within the platform. Scope is defined as part of the access arrangement and determines which categories and records are accessible to a particular user.
  • Access arrangement The agreement between a user and Zaqelivorux Pty Ltd that defines the conditions, scope, and limitations of the user's access to the platform. Access arrangements are established through the enquiry process and confirmed in writing.
  • Enquiry A message submitted through the Connect page in which a user asks about the platform, requests guidance, or initiates the process of discussing access. An enquiry does not constitute a commitment to provide access.
  • Support team The Zaqelivorux staff who handle incoming enquiries, clarification requests, and access arrangement discussions. The support team can be reached by email at [email protected] or by the telephone number on the Connect page.
  • Display label A text identifier shown in the review environment to identify a category, a record attribute, or a section of the interface. Display labels are determined by the system's configuration and may be explained in this guide or through the support team.
  • Structured information Information that has been formatted or organised in a way that allows the system to parse and classify it. Zaqelivorux is designed to work with structured information. Unstructured information may not be classifiable within the system's current configuration.

A Note on System Vocabulary

The terms used within Zaqelivorux are chosen to reflect the system's actual function accurately. Wherever possible, labels within the interface correspond directly to the terms defined in this guide.

If you encounter a term in the interface or in correspondence with the support team that is not explained here, please contact the team at [email protected]. The team can clarify the term in the context of your specific access arrangement.

This guide covers general terms that apply across the Zaqelivorux system. Terms that are specific to a particular user's access arrangement or category set are explained as part of the onboarding process that follows access being granted.
